World Yoga Day 2022

Yoga asanas enable kids to understand how different body parts function in sync with their breath. Practicing yoga in daily life will not only help sharpen their brain but will also improve their memory, concentration and will help them do well in exams.

NES celebrated International Yoga Day with Ms. Surekhaben Sonar and Shilpaben Sonar, experts from Shivanand Ashram.They shared their vast knowledge of yoga and guided the students to do various Yoga Asanas beneficial for their holistic health.
